The Folktales Festival was created due to the need of naming and disseminating the cultural tradition and heritage, as well as the natural beauty. The ulterior aim is to assign an approach of the immemorial and diachronic spiritual creations, as deep and versatile as possible. The demonstrations and performances of the Folktales Festival which is held every July are held from in distinct natural or historical importance regions, such as paths, forests, beaches, archeological places, church yards, ancient quarries, threshing floors, picturesque alleyways and neighborhoods, historical squares and places of meeting and assembly, which characterize the daily life and the cultural identity of the place.
